K3/K3s/K4 LDMOS Amplifier Upgrade

The DynoLab LDPA3A and LDPA4A Low Distortion LDMOS Amplifiers are direct drop-in upgrades for the final RF power amplifiers of Elecraft K3, K3s, and K4 transceivers.

These LDMOS amplifiers have much lower Intermodulation Distortion (IMD) and achieve the objectives of the ARRL Clean Signal Initiative (CSI) which greatly reduces the likelihood of adjacent frequency interference and key clicks.

The RF output power of these amplifiers is also highly regulated and unaffected by supply voltage changes due to power lead voltage drop, generator variations or low battery conditions. A full RF power output of 100+ watts is available and remains constant over a supply voltage input range of 11 to 16 Vdc.
